At Horseshoe J Dude Ranch, we offer Pony and Horse Clubs for children ages 4 and up. These clubs run for 8 weeks during the Spring, Fall, and Winter seasons, providing a fantastic opportunity for young riders to learn and grow.

The Pony Club is designed for children ages 4 (Junior Kindergarten) and up who are beginner riders. Our primary focus is on safety around ponies and horses while helping kids learn balance and enjoy their time on horseback through engaging games and activities. Each child is paired with a new horse each week and receives personalized assistance from a dedicated staff member. Each week introduces a new topic, and participants enjoy a fun activity along with a light snack at the end of each session.

Level 1 and Level 2 Wrangler Club is the perfect next step for children transitioning from Pony Club. These clubs are designed for riders who are ready to ride independently at a walk and jog. The emphasis is on safety, balance, confidence, control, and understanding how to care for their horse.

The program runs for 8 weeks, with each session lasting 55 minutes.
